Lisa Hill and other LCBAS birders lead local bird walks on Bateman Island on (typically) the first Saturday of each month, September through June. The first Saturday walks are aimed at beginning birders and the second Saturday walks are for more advanced birders.

All birders are invited, especially those who wish to expand their birding knowledge by accompanying experienced birders. Average sightings for these walks are 45 to 50 species. For any questions, call Lisa Hill, (509) 943-2244.
